Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used through viziiastudio.com (the "Site").

Data we collect
Contact form. When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, your e-mail address, your company (optional), the type of project (AI visuals or 3D), your expected timeline, and anything else you choose to tell us in your message. Your name, e-mail address, project type, project option and expected timeline are required. Your company and free-text details are optional.
Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your visit, in order to deliver the Site and keep it secure. When you submit the contact form, a keyed fingerprint of your IP address (or IPv6 network) is used to limit abusive or automated submissions. We also use keyed fingerprints of submissions and e-mail addresses to prevent duplicates and enforce sending limits. The application does not store the content of inquiries in this protection database.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include any in your message.

We do not sell your data, use it for automated decision-making or profiling, or add you to a newsletter.
Who receives your data
Your data is read only by the members of the Viziia Studio team who handle inquiries.
When the corresponding services are enabled, it is also processed on our behalf by the following service providers, strictly for the purposes above:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting of the Site
- Plus Five Five, Inc., operator of the Resend service (United States): transmission of contact form submissions
- Upstash, Inc. (United States): protection of the contact form against abusive submissions
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Ireland): business e-mail (Outlook) that receives your inquiry
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers are located in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers, or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your data

After these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability where applicable. You can object at any time to the use of your data for business follow-up.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@viziiastudio.com. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Cookies
The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or social media plug-ins. No consent banner is therefore displayed. A functional sessionStorage flag remembers that the homepage introduction has played, so it is not repeated in the same browser tab. It contains no contact details and is removed when the tab session ends. Form answers stay in page memory while you complete or retry your inquiry; they are not saved in browser storage.
The links to Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn are simple links. Once you leave the Site, those platforms apply their own privacy policies.
If this changes, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested where the law requires it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people who need it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Site or to the law. The date below shows the latest version.
